The Ka'Tano Shoto uses our thread in LED/Blade connector. The LED is housed inside the thread in blade. The result a brighter LED for thin neck style sabers. In addition you can change your sabers blade color by purchasing thread in LED/Blades of other colors.

I’ve been looking for a saber to use as my off hand and this is the perfect hilt for it. The weight, the size, and the gloss finish is absolutely amazing.
The Ka'Tano Shoto saber really has a beautiful blade and light with the neopixel blade. The fit and finish are excellent, as are the weight and size. It's a near-perfect companion to my K'Tano. That said, it's much brighter and louder than the K'Tano, which makes it a bit off balance. I really wish that Saberforge would have kept a better consistency between generations of sabers and retained features such as Hilt Energy Vibration and pointed tip blades. It's those little finishing features that really round out the overall saber experience, in my opinion. The Ka'Tano Shoto is also a bit pricey when you load it up with Hero Tier electronics. But, it's necessary if you want to be able to switch between Green and Blue.
I love the saber and works great. However the button to use the saber after very minimal loose has gotten stuck in. Still functional but does not have a feeling of pressing in like it should or used to.
Ever since Ahsoka is my favorite character in Star Wars, I wanted her lightsabers for display. Thanks to Saberforge and their perfect job, I now own this shoto as well as the matching main hilt (Ka'Tano MK2). The quality and the design are stunning. I'm also in love with how much and how easy you can adjust the blade style to your personal liking (color, balde effect, ignition and retraction speed, etc.). The hilt feels comfortable in the hand and has a very nice length for a shoto. By the way the shipping time was unbelievably fast and I received my sabers way earlier than expected.

Our saber blades (Excluding Pixel blades) are rated for full contact dueling. Capable of withstanding heavy dueling, even against kendo bokkens, and nylon hema wasters. During the machining process, some sabers may develop sharp edges. Before any contact dueling (as with any type of dueling), we recommend wearing proper safety protection for your hands, body and face. This includes but is not limited to: gloves, body armor, face masks, and helmets. Always take the proper safety measures before dueling of any kind. Saberforge is not responsible for any injuries that result from saber play, combat choreography or dueling.
