Specifications
I had in mind a saber to duel with. I put together a Defender emitter, an Acolyte Mk3 body, and a Scourge pommel. All were in black. I'm extremely happy with the build, and it arrived ten days after my order.
It's lively, tough, and it has a very slight triangular cross section. For me, at least, it assists in maintaining a strong two handed grip. The electronics presented no issues. These sabers tend to punch above their weight.
First the specs: all black, the Defender emitter, the Acolyte Mk3 body, and the Scourge pommel. Visually, it's arresting, and it has the very slight triangular cross section of the Redeemer. I've found that configuration is useful for keeping a strong two-handed grip. There is a very slight blade wobble, but it's less of a dig and more an observation. The electronics are trouble free. I've found the Eco Apprentices routinely punch above their weight. This one is certainly no exception. The balance point is approximately two inches forward of the emitter (with the 32" blade), and that works quite well with kenjutsu techniques. It arrived ten days after I made the order.
The custom pieces are going well together. The built is strong and very good looking.
Some taming is needed to the Xeno V3 Pixel app but after an upgrade (current ver. is 1.2.5), the volume is good and settings are saved on the spot; also volume settings.
Not only the lightsaber is awesome but the customer service is impeccable.

Our saber blades (Excluding Pixel blades) are rated for full contact dueling. Capable of withstanding heavy dueling, even against kendo bokkens, and nylon hema wasters. During the machining process, some sabers may develop sharp edges. Before any contact dueling (as with any type of dueling), we recommend wearing proper safety protection for your hands, body and face. This includes but is not limited to: gloves, body armor, face masks, and helmets. Always take the proper safety measures before dueling of any kind. Saberforge is not responsible for any injuries that result from saber play, combat choreography or dueling.
