It is a beautiful saber. A friend who never watched star wars held it and said:
"It really pains me to say it, because I was gonna make fun of you for buying a lightsaber but this actually feels solid and very well made". Is a better complement possible?
I picked this saber for it's handguard. It will serve me well.

Now for the negatives, because there are a few. I think this hilt is a bit too top heavy. I wish there was more weight towards the pommel. Don't get fooled by the big handguard though. It's not the reason of the unbalanced weight. The hilt itself is almost perfectly balanced in the middle actually, due to the electronics sitting at the bottom.
It's the blade that makes it heavy, which is expected, but the pommel on this sword is only 9 grams and that is the lightest pommel that Sabeforge sells. I feel the blade would swing better with something heavier as counterweight.
Another point about pommel - it ruins the sound quality a bit. I started taking it out (it's the only part that isn't glued in) as the sound gets 50% better without it (see video). I am in the middle of ordering something (hopefully) better.

Comfort:
While it feels nice to hold I have had a few sessions of swinging it and my left hand (holding the bottom) was hurting at the end. I wish the leather part was 1" longer at least. I own a few katanas and they don't make my hands hurt like this so I am blaming the hilt a little. My left hand grip ends at the wide bottom part of the hilt and it rubs my hand after a bit. If you have smaller hands than mine (I am 184cm or 6.1f tall if that helps) then you'll be absolutely fine with this.
While the hilt is 10 inches you don't get all that to hold. You maybe get 7-8. Keep that in mind. I'd prefer a longer hilt.

I focused on negatives because positives are obvious from the picture. It's a very, very well made hilt. You cannot deny the quality at all. Would I buy it again? Yes, but 1" longer at the main body and with a better pommel.

I also, really dislike, that Saberforge glues their hilts. And not just glues. They use glue so strong you'll sooner break the hilt than get it open. I wish I could upgrade the speaker but I am unable to get inside.

This Saber is amazing. Its my first neopixel saber and its everything I hoped it would be. I love the smaller hilt and its design. The weatherd transpernt powder coat blue is gorgeous. And the sounds are just amazing. 10/10. The customer service was also great too. Thank you guys so much

I absolutely love this saber! It’s based off of the first lightsaber for Jedi in the MMO and it just looks great and feels terrific to fight with. This one is definitely one of my favorites.

Everyone who has seen or held this lightsaber has been impressed, with good reason. Its the Gladius MK2 with veteran rgb electronics. Wonderfull craftsmanship very responsive and solid construction. My only “gripe” was with the charging port and that the cover works like a kill switch. If anything is in the port the lightsaber wont work, so the ports cover must be removed for lights and effect. No big deal, just gotta stash the port cover somewhere. But I'm pretty sure I'm going to lose it eventually. lol

I live in Europe and got mine just over two months after placing my order. It's just as I hoped it would be and I'm really happy with it.
