I originally had ordered the Adept during the May 4th sale but they had sold out by the time my order was ready to process, presumably due to the rush of the sale. Customer support reached out and worked with me to find a replacement and refunded me the difference in the model cost.

When it arrived, I noticed it had two slight scuffs on the emitter and pommel and also was missing the hex key. This was a birthday gift, so I didn't have time to do an exchange - which I'm sure they would have offered - but I happened to have a spare key in the same dimension and the birthday boy was fine with the scuffs, thankfully. That said, I have to deduct one star due to poor QC.

Blemishes aside, the build quality is solid and noticeably better than my bargain TXQ beater saber. The First Harvest soundboard may be a huge step down from the latest versions, but it is still loaded with features. One thing I found a bit annoying is that it has two orange, two purple and three pink settings for the blade color but only one red - not sure what they were thinking there.

Saberforge's big claim to fame is their custom parts and modularity, whereas most saber shops are just resellers of mass produced Chinese imports. Handling this one that I bought for my friend has definitely given me the itch to assemble an ASP for myself.

The saber looks and feels exactly as I hoped. The genuine leather just feels great in my hand. My only issue is that a couple of the fonts don't work beyond the sound effects, no matter how many blade colours I try to change it to. And there are times when the blade's colour won't work correctly, but restarting the saber tends to resolve it quickly enough. Overall it is something I am incredibly happy with, and will order from the Forge again.

This was my first real saber. I got it about 2 months ago and love it so much. The ergonomics are perfect for dueling and the heft is well balanced. My only gripe is that when I purchased the saber, the option for a xeno v3 board wasn't there but hey, I'll just pick up a new board later. Also...if you haven't gotten into custom weathering, I suggest getting the weathered version for a good jumping off point ;) (pics below)

If you are looking to get into the loghysaber hobby, the Eco line is the only way to go! The Defiant (baselit) is quite literally the nicest lightsaber I have ever had. It arrived just about an hour ago, and I am 10000000000% in love with it. The heft is entirely realistic, the sound is AWESOME, the LEDs are bright as hellfire, and the controls are simplistic and sensible in the best way. The machining for the hilt is professional quality, the leather supple and perfectly wrapped, and the overall design is tastefully intricate, calling on design work from both the Graflex and the Fallen Order. The fact that you can have a full color wheel, multiple sound fonts, a recharge port, blade plug, real leather wrapping, and a more advanced control board at the price of $190 is a deal that literally cannot be beat.

Very well made. I honestly don't know how they machine the parts and make money
