Fantastic blade fit, looks great in person

Even though this emitter just uses a single regular retention ****, the blade goes in buttery smooth and fits securely. I have the Defender MK 1 hilt as well from a few years ago, and this definitely feels better.

The only thing of note is that the metal feels a bit cheaper, and ever so slightly like plastic. Just less cold, sturdy, and rugged like the build of my last hilt. I was informed that was because the metal was slimmed down since I ordered a wrapping, which makes enough sense. It could also be the paint making it feel less metallic.

Anyway, no real complaints here, it looks pretty great and the blade doesn't wobble even a bit. Couldn't ask for more (other than a collet locking system, but that's probably a bit expensive for the eco line!)

Our saber blades (Excluding Pixel blades) are rated for full contact dueling. Capable of withstanding heavy dueling, even against kendo bokkens, and nylon hema wasters. During the machining process, some sabers may develop sharp edges. Before any contact dueling (as with any type of dueling), we recommend wearing proper safety protection for your hands, body and face. This includes but is not limited to: gloves, body armor, face masks, and helmets. Always take the proper safety measures before dueling of any kind. Saberforge is not responsible for any injuries that result from saber play, combat choreography or dueling.
