Returns
Returns are eligible within the first 15 days of delivery. Due to the custom nature of our product,
items may only be returned for store credit or exchange. Returns must be in new or like-new condition.
Orders requiring a custom finish, specialty wrap, customizable eco, or are made from Adaptive Saber Parts are final sales and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded after the order has been
placed.
Cancellations
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or altered. Please confirm your order details before checking out.
Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for paying import tax or duties
Please be advised that most countries have an import process that includes a customs inspection, and an import tax may be charged to recipients.
Be sure to check your tracking number and track the progress in case your country requires you to pay an import tax to receive your items.
International Delivery
We recommend adding a shipping phone number for all international orders. In the case of an address that cannot be found, our shipping service can attempt to
