Returns & Cancellations
If within the first 15 after delivery you are unsatisfied, returning your order is as easy as contacting us and beginning the return process. Due to the nature of our product being custom made, Items may only be returned for store credit or exchange
Sabers that include a custom finish, wrap or ASP saber built with a professional assembly package are non-returnable.
Returning your order
In order to send in your return, it must be authorized by our return staff. Email us at email@example.com with the subject "Return Request [Your Order Number]" for approval. Your order number can be found on order invoice or in previous order emails. If you no longer have your order number, please include the email address and first and last name in the body of your email.
Returns must be in pristine condition to be eligible for exchange. Shipping is covered by the buyer
Providing an RMA
All returns require authorization via email and a completed RMA form. You may fill out an RMA before contacting us however, orders shipped to our facility that have not been authorized may be returned to sender.

All order are custom made and production begins immediately after an order is placed. Orders including in stock items at time of purchase cannot be canceled unless the order has exceeded the lead time provided at the time of purchase.
If you have placed an order and it has not shipped by the final date of the lead time provided, you may request a cancellation for a full refund. This does not apply to delays caused by government required shut downs as we have no control over that.
Cancelling your order
To cancel your Pre-order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Cancellation Request [Your Order Number ]". Your order number can be found on order invoice or in previous order emails.
