The saber itself is not bad at all, incredibly beautiful, balanced, comfortable and fiercely combat usable. However, the problems I had appeared to result from some QC issues. Initially there was a delay in shipping due to a quality issue, but customer service was good about keeping me in the loop. Upon receiving the saber I noticed that some set screws appeared to be mismatched, resulting in some rather uncomfortable wielding, which was fixed by simply putting the set screws where they were intended to go. Lastly, after a light sparring session with my young children, the chrome activation switch instert fell out. Luckily i was able to locate and replace the insert, but discovered soon after that the whole switch had failed, resulting in an inability to consistently turn the saber on/off and use its functions. Despite all this, customer service has been incredibly helpful and I hope these issues will be resolved after sending it off for repair. I will stand by my 4 star rating unless the issues are not addressed.

it got shipped in 8 days which suprised me in the positive way. The Saber cost me
about a 1000 PLN (223 USD). my issue is that the swinging noise is pretty quiet even with max volume. The Saber is strong i got the rgb but expected a few scratches when beating the walls. The Saber looked like it was just opened but the walls looked like somoene beat them with a hammer

This is a beautiful hilt, and really good quality. My second Eco saber from saberforge.

The one problem I have it that the retention screw is far at the top of the emitter, and I think this is why I can never get a good tighten on the blade. It's a bit wobbly yet, and you can notice the blade dim in and out to reflect that it doesn't have a solid connection to the pins. I'm no structural engineer, so I may be wrong, but I can't help but feel having the retention screw further down the hilt would work better.

Overall, a great product and worth the wait for customized sounds and light features! This was a present for my boyfriend and we were both impressed with the quality and weight of the saber. The only issue I had was with assembly, we had some trouble figuring out exactly what to do as the only instructions provided was on how to use the saber - but once we figured it out, all was good!
