The saber itself is not bad at all, incredibly beautiful, balanced, comfortable and fiercely combat usable. However, the problems I had appeared to result from some QC issues. Initially there was a delay in shipping due to a quality issue, but customer service was good about keeping me in the loop. Upon receiving the saber I noticed that some set screws appeared to be mismatched, resulting in some rather uncomfortable wielding, which was fixed by simply putting the set screws where they were intended to go. Lastly, after a light sparring session with my young children, the chrome activation switch instert fell out. Luckily i was able to locate and replace the insert, but discovered soon after that the whole switch had failed, resulting in an inability to consistently turn the saber on/off and use its functions. Despite all this, customer service has been incredibly helpful and I hope these issues will be resolved after sending it off for repair. I will stand by my 4 star rating unless the issues are not addressed.

Lightsaber make me happy

It's a good saber, light with a great grip but the electronics are confusing and not as high quality as I would have liked given the high cost.

I bought one of these and another eco to duel my friends with in college, and after a solid few weeks of all out duels, neither have broken yet. Seem to be pretty dang durable, and the RGB is super nice to have, especially at this price point. Great investment, has brought me much joy.

I absolutely love this product! It looks and feels like the real thing! Don't get me started on the realistic wave sensor or all the sound profiles and different ignition types! Overall amazing and I'm overjoyed for having this product! The child in me is screaming
