I was happy with the order the saber was larger than I expected but that’s mainly my fault over all I do like the saber and am happy with it

This is my first purchase from saberforge and I’m very satisfied.

I'll start by saying that, at this point, I am satisfied with my lightsaber. It looks, feels & perfoms well & is much better than another saber I have from another company.

Now that I done typed that, there were some issues. Aside from the wait time, my lightsaber arrived poorly assembled. I got my saber, took it out & gave it a few swings but noticed that it was loose in several places. After waiting months & spending a considerable amount of money, I expected a fully-formed & functional saber. I did not get that.

I went into research mode looking to forums, blogs & YouTube to see if the issue was prevalent & what fixes exist. I found nothing. I tried tightening the screws on the hilt but the provided tools did not fit the screws so I was out of luck there. There weren't tangible instructions provided with the saber so, big zero there & that led me to email Saberforge & begin the waiting game.

Fortunately I found the tools in my home so, looking at my ruined saber, I was able to complete its assembly and make it functional.

Once I did, I was satisfied. Three days later, I heard from Saberforge requesting that I send the saber back so it could be repaired. I didn’t need that anymore so it was unnecessary. All's well that ends well.

But

If I wasn't able to channel my personal connection to the Force & forge my lightsaber, I would've been wholly out of luck. The finish on my saber meant that I could not return it for credit/exchange so I would have had to send it back & wait for who knows how long to get back something that had already taken months to arrive & hope it came back in working order, or have to do the process over again. If you are not technically inclined or supplied, that is something to consider. Also, when your saber arrives, give it a studious look over to make sure everything is as it should be. Be advised of the terms & conditions regarding returns & expect delayed customer services responses.

Now that you have been warned

My lightsaber is beautiful and I love it. I love the feel & how it performs. I have the veteran soundboard and the sound is perfect. It has a low weighty note when struck & responds very well. It feels & sounds like it belongs to a Master of the Force. Overall I am glad I purchased it.

Love the way it feels, best curved hilt by far
