I honestly couldn’t be happier for my son with his awesome SaberForge lightsaber. The quality is incredible—it looks amazing and feels super solid, way better than I expected. My son is absolutely ecstatic about it and hasn’t put it down since it arrived.
What really stood out though was the customer service. I had a small issue and Marie returned my call almost immediately, which blew me away. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and got everything taken care of right away with zero hassle.
It’s not often you get both an awesome product and that level of support. SaberForge definitely earned a repeat customer here. Please do not hesitate to get a saberforge light saber, I read some reviews that I think were intentionally negative and my experience has been nothing but positive I applaud them for their product and they're awesome customer service thank you again. I love the saber hilt. It’s scaled really well. Feels like and actual lightsaber would in your hands. The only qualm I have is. I wish they would suggest a proper blade length for the hilt you buy. Unfortunately I bought the 37” and I wish I hand gotten the 32” as with the 37” blade feels like it’s meant for a two handed hilt. But overall I love the work SaberForge did. This is the 3rd saber I’ve have bought over the years. But by far the best quality so far.
