The trooper helmet is an awesome piece of gear on the field or the convention floor.

The high strength polymer design with steel mesh inserts can take shots of up to 350fps at point blank range.

The integrated night vision mount and side rails allow you to attach nvg or even a go pro to capture the action from a first person perspective.

Integrated hook and loop allows you to add your morale patches in seconds. 

The face shield features a spring loaded rise function which adds a level of cool to an already awesome helmet. 

The T shaped steel mesh visor can be swapped out for an included clear plastic shield. 

A pack of adjustable padding is included for customizing the fit to your needs.

Cool and useful - Confusing and Difficult

The helmet is exactly as it looks, comes with what it says it does on the page, and seems well put together. Unfortunately, it does not have ANY instructions with it. Just the helmet and some padding. I have no idea how to put on the plastic faceplate, it's not intuitive. I have no idea how to orient the padding to fit my head and I had to figure out something that felt okay. I'm not even sure if there's a better way to put it. I just wish there was something included. I'll see if I can find some 3rd party resources to help me but be warned. You are on your own to figure it out.

**** missing for chin strap

When received I pulled the mask down and saw a chin strap was not connected to the helmet. I removed the chin strap as it was not needed. Also for some reason the mask does not line up correctly when closing. I should be able to fix myself

Great, not perfect.

The helmet itself looks amazing. Fit itself is ok... while there is extra padding provided for adjustments, it could still use some adjusting options for extra comfort and usage.

The face opening is also good, but closing it back up requires holding the lower front portion and trying to "fit it" into the groove - you can't just push it back down and click it into place.

Other than that though, still a good buy.

Quite weighty and doesn't really work well with the star wars aesthetic considering it's designed for airsoft use. However if you're cosplaying as a mercinary or bounty hunter etc. Then it fits the bill perfectly.
