Hi, so I bought this blade a few months ago and it's been sitting, screwed into my saber until I finally finished installing it. I turned it on for the first time and it has a dark spot where I assume a pixel is dead. And there is a faint shadow down one side. I like the idea of a **** in blade, it's very secure, but the quality of the components leaves something to be desired.
Thee blades are heavier than the older ones.I can know a ground spring punching bag and go crazy with it. It's awesome.
This is my favourite saber blade. It’s rich with light and the pixel animation is top notch. I especially like how secure and stable it is, no flopping around in the emitter like in some of the standard emitters. I’d like if thread in was an option for all emitters. This blade is by far the best for any thin neck lightsaber, it sits firm and secure, I trust these blades to put on a great show.
I wasn't too sure about how well they would be made, or how sturdy they might be, but after I finally had a chance to handle one in person I was blown away. They are far sturdier than I could have imagines, with all of the effects I would hope for in a high end saber blade.
$125 is pretty crazy. But quality is good. I wish they'd bring back the pointy tip on these.
