Bought two apprentice-level sabers, both are extremly well-made and rugged. In charging them up however, while one unit charged up without incident, the other repeated “Charging, charging . . . Charging” for a LONG time without fully charging. Problem seemed to be alleviated, however, when I switched charging plugs. I think one of the charging plugs is faulty. Is it possible to send me a new charging plug and connecting cable?
