This saber is excellent, the customer service is excellent, and overall it was a great experience.

I bought this sword for my best friend who’s wanted a lightsaber since he was 9, back in 1997. He loves it.

Love the look and feel of the saber. This is my first neopixel and it's definitely worth the extra over baselit in my opinion. My dueling partner did hit one of the claws by accident and it bent slightly and has come a bit loose. The impact wasnt very hard and I don't have anything to attempt to tighten it with due to clearance between the hilt and the claws. A tool for this instance would be great. Maybe some reinforcement or just steel for the claw pieces would be good as well. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Mine worked great when it arrived and it was beautiful and everything I hoped it would be! I turned it off after about an hour and now it won’t turn on again. I’ve charged it for about 4 hours but it still won’t turn on. Don’t know if it needs to be charged for even longer than that or not, which would seem pretty excessive but I’m disappointed. I’ve also read that the chargers that are sent with the sabers are often faulty, and in order to get the sabers to charge, you need to know the voltage or something to make it actually work. I like this company and the variety they have is sweet! I’m just sad my saber is not working like it should :(

A great light saber for the price, hard to find original designs on the market that aren't too similar looking. Well made and customizeable, I'm overall very happy with it. Only downside is it doesn't come with any setup instructions out of the box which requires some research. A little first time setup printout would be great since the online instructions are a bit hidden and not quite clear per each different electronic set. We will buy our planned second lightsaber happily from saberforge again.
