Right at the tips of the handguard are very sharp angles that will dig into you if you're not used to the hand spacing. Recommend adding blunted rubber toppers and save yourself some surprise cuts.
Hilt is thicker than you'd expect a sword to be, but, electronics.
Pommel is excellent for grabbing to stabilize. You're going to slide your hand up and down a lot to get any real dexterity out of this.
Definitely not something you're going to spin with, but a solid sparring and weight toy.
