My order was a solid 4 stars. The lightsaber was very well constructed, and very light. I was very surprised. However, during shipping my order was sent to me incomplete. I reached out to the Customer Service line, and Marie was very quick to respond to my issue. That fast, reliable, and amazing Customer Service brought my purchase experience to 5 stars. This is my third lightsaber that I have purchased. The quality of Saberforge has gone up over the years and I will order from them again for the next saber in my collection.
