The title says it all. Going cheap, I had previously got a LGT (xenopixel) and it was great. I thought TXQ was just another company using basically the same electronics. That is 100% incorrect as these TXQ are garbage. I had ordered two TXQ sabers (including the one in this review) and unfortunately they both suffer from the same problems.
1) No clash effect. Neither of them clash either light or sound with FOC ON.
2) Even on the "stable", regular lightsaber mode, they ignite backwards from the tip down. Not only that, but they do not always power down from the tip down. Sometimes they do, sometimes they power down from the middle out.
Our saber blades (Excluding Pixel blades) are rated for full contact dueling. Capable of withstanding heavy dueling, even against kendo bokkens, and nylon hema wasters. During the machining process, some sabers may develop sharp edges. Before any contact dueling (as with any type of dueling), we recommend wearing proper safety protection for your hands, body and face. This includes but is not limited to: gloves, body armor, face masks, and helmets. Always take the proper safety measures before dueling of any kind. Saberforge is not responsible for any injuries that result from saber play, combat choreography or dueling.
