I really hate to write anything here but it feel I have to do others don’t experience the same thing I did. I bought this for my son a month or 2 before Christmas he opened it up on Christmas, didn’t work at all how it’s supposed to then the button kept falling off or getting stuck. So I reached out and asked if I can return it and upgrade because their elite savers are really nice I’ve hardly has any issues with those. So they said they can fix it so I send it to them and now they said it’s been damaged (my son did nothing with it because it didn’t work they shared my other sons saber which was an apprentice saber) so I have to pay another $40 and I have feeling that I’m still going to have issues after I get it back because the quality isn’t like the other sabers. I’ve asked very nicely for them to take care of it because if there was damage it was before we even got it and not to mention I’ve purchased 7-8 sabers from them over the years to keep me a happy returning customer. And that was days ago still no response. I also had an adept saber I sent with it that I asked if they could fix it because it’s a few years old and I’d pay to have it fixed which is basically another whole saber (350) here the customer is never right it seems. It’s unfortunate because I love saberforge and I tell everyone about this place. But this would keep me from coming back. They should be taking care of their customers.

Great saber with very good technology. As described. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.
