It's great, feels great, looks great, sounds great (except some ignition sounds, when on high volume are extremely loud. For example, I think Darth Vaders ignition is the loudest.) But it took me about 3 hours of monkeying around and looking at the instructions to figure out how things work. Because this saber has no normal buttons, there isn't an LED that flashes to signify changing modes, at least mine didn't. And it came with a stand that had no instructions whatsoever which was very, very confusing but I think I got it right. Overall I am very happy with this and the swing sensitivity is incredible and so is the Flash-On-Clash. I love it so much and it is my favorite thing ever right now.
Very high quality product, but the wires are so delicate that, by playing around with the saber for a little while, the wire connecting the button to turn the saber on snapped off. Very disappointed in this saber.
So many companies and saberforge had what I wanted in stock with the best lead time. Got my saber in the time frame they put in the description. This is my first smooth swing saber and I cannot say anything but good things about it. For the price just do it!
Our saber blades (Excluding Pixel blades) are rated for full contact dueling. Capable of withstanding heavy dueling, even against kendo bokkens, and nylon hema wasters. During the machining process, some sabers may develop sharp edges. Before any contact dueling (as with any type of dueling), we recommend wearing proper safety protection for your hands, body and face. This includes but is not limited to: gloves, body armor, face masks, and helmets. Always take the proper safety measures before dueling of any kind. Saberforge is not responsible for any injuries that result from saber play, combat choreography or dueling.
