Adaptive Saber Parts Assembly Service

You must have at least 1 Emitter, Switch, Body & Pommel in your cart for an Assembly Service.

Saber Assembly Service is a professional assembly of your adaptive saber parts and installation of electronics by our highly trained employees. Our professional assembly includes an industry leading one year warranty on parts and labor.

Assembly Service includes:

  • Saber alignment and shimming
  • Installation of parts, components and electronics
  • Quality assurance and durability testing
  • In hilt recharge on all builds
  • 1 Infinity edge blade
  • 1 Saber charger
  • 100% ready to use saber upon arrival

Professionally assembled sabers are hardwired and will not have any plug and play electronics. Sealed threading between all parts excluding the pommel. Please do not attempt to disassemble or modify a professionally assembled saber as it will void your warranty and could damage your saber.

Great sabers but…

I love these sabers they r AMAZING but there extremely expensive soooo I was thinking what if you lower the prices of the Tech a little cuz paying 300$ hurts my wallet lol

I finally got my dream and received my custom lightsaber fully assembled from Saberforge. I have had it for over a year now and it's held up great. bright blade, solid hilt, and good battery life.

I was worried, my asp custom saber would be too short and the company would just take my money haha! I'm glad I was wrong. My beautiful saber came in the mail today and it is perfect! The parts do not wobble or move around at all and I've had zero difficulties so far. What's more, I didn't realize this service came with in-hilt recharging until after I received my saber. I've saved money on buying batteries! Of course, the battery recharge stuff is also included. Overall, I'd say that it's honestly cheaper to do this service than to build it yourself.

These lightsabers are pretty good and very high quality, but a bit to expensive sometimes.

Our saber blades (Excluding Pixel blades) are rated for full contact dueling. Capable of withstanding heavy dueling, even against kendo bokkens, and nylon hema wasters. During the machining process, some sabers may develop sharp edges. Before any contact dueling (as with any type of dueling), we recommend wearing proper safety protection for your hands, body and face. This includes but is not limited to: gloves, body armor, face masks, and helmets. Always take the proper safety measures before dueling of any kind. Saberforge is not responsible for any injuries that result from saber play, combat choreography or dueling.
