I ordered this body with a custom finish and pouch in August of ‘24 and after hearing from customer support that the base finish I ordered had just sold out was asked if I wanted a refund or to choose a different finish(it was going under a custom powder coat finish anyway so it didn’t matter) I took the latter option and after several months of waiting I was notified when it had passed qc inspection and would soon ship out, a couple weeks later and it was here, PLUS SF threw in an ingot of beskar to make up for almost 5 months of delay. That on top of a very nice saber body with the silver vein coat and genuine brown leather grip I’d say it was worth it. Iv already ordered the parts and core to finish the saber now that I'm sure i like the final product.

The body is well made and arrived exactly as the photos and specs state.
Our saber blades (Excluding Pixel blades) are rated for full contact dueling. Capable of withstanding heavy dueling, even against kendo bokkens, and nylon hema wasters. During the machining process, some sabers may develop sharp edges. Before any contact dueling (as with any type of dueling), we recommend wearing proper safety protection for your hands, body and face. This includes but is not limited to: gloves, body armor, face masks, and helmets. Always take the proper safety measures before dueling of any kind. Saberforge is not responsible for any injuries that result from saber play, combat choreography or dueling.
