I’ve had my ASP build for over a year, so I figure now’s a good time to give my take on each piece. Aesthetically, I couldn’t be happier with this design. There are however, a few suboptimal aspects of the product I received. First was a minor quality control problem I anticipated, there were several “hot spots” where the edges were too sharp for my tastes. Not a huge issue since I got a weathered finish and was able to correct without compromising the look, but still a factor. Next was the set screws for the cross guard. I found the location (pommel facing about halfway down the quillon) problematic for switching out the factory ones for a couple that could be turned by hand as can be found on Etsy and such. This is simply a pet peeve so I don’t believe it’ll be an issue for most. Lastly, I just don’t think the sockets are deep enough, especially for the main blade. I believe it’s about an inch deep for the main blade with the set screw being a quarter of the way from the bottom. Not sure if deepening would be possible, given the goal for the look, but at the very leas

Absolutely love my lightsaber build

The emitter is definitely well made. Looks amazing. Cant find the side blades for it though.

I love this emitter, I've loved it since crossguards were used in cinema and I've loved this upon creation here. The emitter fits perfectly on my build and it's VERY comfortable to hold. Every time I pick up my, now completed, build I get a smile on my face.
I DO wish the 3D lightsaber builder would come back it really helps with conceptualizing your build. Now that I have this emitter I realize that two pieces of my build need to be changed.
